 Mr. Osberg has increasingly focused on growing and re-engineering companies in the healthcare information technology (H.I.T.) and revenue cycle industry segment, institutions, and legal clients via integrating new and innovative technology and financial services, establishing partnerships and alliances, assisting with legal matters, performing research, participating in mergers & acquisitions (M & A), and assisting with funding as needed.

 Mr. Gross has focused on the operational aspects of revenue cycle management and technology issues in the hospital and physician arenas, and assists  the technology vendors that serve them. He has experience in financial operations, process re-engineering, staff realignment and development, in addition to interim management and extensive project management expertise. He has also been served as a prime agent in acquisition initiatives and performs the due diligence process.

He is a respected thought leader and tested business professional.  He was the co-founder and former President of WebMD.  He has focused on start-up, strategy, funding, organization and operations of companies and successful commercial technology-based enterprises throughout the U. S. healthcare community.

 Mr. Hudson is a recognized industry expert, analyst, researcher and competitive intelligence professional who focuses on intelligence-gathering.   Mr. Hudson publishes the definitive knowledge base that profiles companies in the physician’s office management & medical information systems (POMIS) marketplace, EMR/EHR systems vendors, managed care information systems companies, and systems vendors to the ambulatory care setting.
